Residential Housing Types

This future-splitting question explores Residential housing types. The question was:

“Should Falmouth aim to preserve predominantly single-family detached housing or promote more diverse housing options and development?”

Survey participants were presented with a continuum from 1 to 10, with a range as follows:

1 = Single-family Detached
10 = Diverse housing options

This chart shows a wider range of response, with a clear peak on the Point 1 of the continuum (Single-family detached housing types).
Overall, there are some 35% of responses who are leaning to including more diverse housing options in some form (points 6,7,8,9,10)
Again this data changes as you apply various neighbourhood filters.
