FALMOUTH VISION and VALUES - Think-Tank Report

The scenario planning process provides a method to explore plausible futures and consider the implications of various future scenarios. The Think-Tank workshop aimed to:

• Create and describe four plausible long-term scenarios for Falmouth
• Explore Expected, Least Desired, and Preferred Futures
• Explore alignment around a shared future vision for Falmouth

The scenarios from the Think-Tank will be presented at the Vision and Values Future Summit on December 8, 2021.
