The scenario matrix allows participants to explore and speculate about future trajectories using the endpoint descriptions on the axes. Based on research, survey data, and key input by key stakeholders members, themes were identified to become the basis for the two axes of the scenario matrix. The two major future-splitting themes for the PlanKCK’s Vision Summit scenario matrix are defined as ‘Development Trajectory’ and ‘Community and Workforce’.
