Think-Tank Scenario Matrix

The scenario matrix allows participants to explore and speculate about future trajectories using the endpoint descriptions on the axes. Based on research and key input by community members from the Community Survey, the School Board and District Administration, themes were identified to become the basis for the two axes of the scenario matrix. The two major future-splitting themes for the Smithville School District’s scenario matrix are defined as ‘Learning Focus’ and ‘Investment Appetite’.
