Transportation and Connectivity

Respondents were asked:

“Future community connectivity and transportation options have been discussed throughout the strategic planning work. In terms of future local transportation, ease of access, walkability, bikability and regional transportation connections, how would you like Lorain County to be 10-15 years in the future?”

SCALE: 1 = FOCUS ON TRADITIONAL TRANSPORTATION; to 10 = FOCUS ON GREATER MULTI-MODAL CONNECTIVITY

Key things to note:

The majority of respondents feel that in 10-15 years in the future, Lorain County should focus on greater multi-modal connectivity.
Those respondents who lived in rural settings were more inclined to also consider focusing on traditional transportation, in comparison to those who lived in larger Cities.
