Following on from the Future Summit and launch of the Lorain County Strategic Action Plan, five initial Pillar Discussion Workshops were held April through June 2024. Each workshop represented one of the Strategic Pillars from the Strategic Action Plan. The aim of the workshops was to dig deep into each pillar topic, build a task force for each topic and provide realistic and obtainable actions and goals.
