On December 12, 2023, Advisory Panel (AP) members came together in Montpelier for a final in-person review of the strategic roadmap framework. After reviewing the pillars, objectives, and actions in detail, the AP members moved to prioritizing the action items. This resulted in the high priority, short term actions identified in the Vermont Forest Future Strategic Roadmap.
The day concluded with a discussion on release and implementation tactics – potential partners, organizations, and other resources. See videos of the AP members discussing the process below.
