Respondents were asked a question about innovation in the forest products sector. They were asked:
How well positioned is Vermont to develop, capture and apply innovation within the forest products sector?
SCALE: -5 = Poorly positioned; 0 = Neutral; 5 = Well positioned

Key things to note:

There is a wide spread of responses, however the clear majority of respondents feel that there will be the same amount of innovation in the Vermont forest products sector over the next decade.
There was equal representation of views that Vermont is both poorly positioned and well positioned to develop, capture and apply innovation within the forest products sector over the next decade.
