PREPAREDNESS OF ORGANIZATIONS INCORPORATING TECHNOLOGICAL DRIVERS

Respondents were asked to respond to a question about the preparedness of organizations incorporating Industry 4.0 technologies. The question was:

How prepared is your organization to incorporate the following technological drivers?

Scale: -5 = Not at all prepared; 0 = Neutral; 5 Very well prepared

Key things to note:

Organizations were most prepared to incorporate software and data engineering, cybersecurity and cloud computing.
They were least prepared to incorporate 5G/Internet of Things and Material Science and Product Innovation.
This reflects the current usage of Industry 4.0 technologies in the Middle Georgia region. Software and Data engineering, cybersecurity and cloud computing are the technologies that are most often used. 5G/Internet of Things and Material Science and Product Innovation are the technologies that are least used in the region.
