The Council of State Community Development Agencies (COSCDA) Strategic Action Plan was unanimously approved by the COSCDA Board of Directors on April 3, 2024. This report represents the culmination of a six-month process that included Stakeholder interviews, two Stakeholder Surveys, a two-day Think-Tank Workshop, five Focus Groups, and a Board Update in March 2024. The Council of State Community Development Agencies (COSCDA) has embarked on a strategic planning process that will create the organization’s new three-year strategic action plan.
COSCDA is the premier national association advocating and enhancing the leadership role of states in community development. The organization has undergone significant changes in recent years, and leadership is seeking a plan that will guide its work in the near term. The planning process is intended to provide decision-making guidance and direction on the organization’s services, member engagement, and partnerships over the next three (3) years.
