Regional Membership

COSCDA is a national organization open to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia.

The states have been divided into four regions representing the entire country. The regions are designated to facilitate participation by states in a common geographical area. Each region elects a representative to the COSCDA Board of Directors.
