Current direction and performance

Satisfaction with current direction (X-axis) x Satisfaction with relative performance
This chart combines responses to two questions to create an interactive scatter plot. This chart presents the average results based on all respondents. You can hover over the chart to reveal more information on each circle. The chart is structured as follows:

  • X-Axis is the response to the question “CURRENT DIRECTION – How satisfied or concerned are you about COSCDA’s overall current organizational direction?” (Scale: -5 = Very concerned; 0 = Neutral; +5 = Very satisfied)
  • Y-Axis is the response to the question “RELATIVE PERFORMANCE – How satisfied or concerned are you about the current relative performance of COSCDA? (Scale: -5 = Very concerned; 0 = Neutral; +5 = Very satisfied)

Key things to note:

  • The size of the circle denotes the popularity of the response. It is clear from this graph that the most respondents are satisfied with the COSCDA’s direction and performance, however it also shows some that are less confident in its direction and performance. This correlates with the desire to move from expected to preferred future for the organization and will be further explored during the strategic planning process.
  • The responses can be filtered according to respondent zip code, COSCDA region, age, affiliation with COSCDA, and length of time involved with COSCDA.
