Five Focus Groups were held on February 15 and 16, 2024. These one-hour virtual sessions explored the key themes that emerged from the strategic planning process thus far.
The Focus Groups helped to synthesize stakeholder input from the engagement process and explored a set of crucial questions. The Focus Group topics were centered around the final Strategic Pillars of the COSCDA Strategic Action Plan. Participants discussed each topic and helped to build out the action areas under each Strategic Pillar.
