This six month process included a Project Launch event, Communications Survey, and five Focus Group sessions. The project’s outcome is the production of an extensive and robust Communication Strategy and Toolkit. The City of Trotwood will use the Strategy and Toolkit as a guide to improve its communication and relationship with the Trotwood community going forward.
The celebratory Future Summit, which we encouraged all Trotwood community members to attend, discussed the recently released Storyboards as well as the upcoming Communications Strategy and Toolkit.
Monday, February 5, 11:30am – 1:30pm at Goodwill Easter Seals West Campus | 735 E Main St., Trotwood, OH 45426
