Satisfaction with communications from the City

Respondents were asked:
‘Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with the communications coming from the City?’.

The scale was 1=Very dissatisfied; 10= Very satisfied.

Key things to note:

  • While there is a wide range of responses related to satisfaction levels, most respondents opted for 5 – neutral, followed by ‘Very dissatisfied.’
