Amount of posts on the City Facebook page

Respondents were asked, ‘What do you think about the numbers of posts on the City of Trotwood Facebook page?’

Key things to note:

Interestingly, the majority of respondents opted for ‘Other’, followed by ‘the right amount of posts’ and then, ‘not enough posts’.
Those who opted for ‘Other’ note that they were not on Facebook, that there was no continuity and consistency with the posts, that they were unaware of the Facebook page, that there was a need for more City relevant posts, etc. More information will be displayed in future project reports.
