A Community Communications survey will ascertain the current status of communications between the City and its community. This will be followed by a Public Launch that will showcase the findings and engage with the community about their ideas for ideal direct communication.
Further in person engagement will occur via targeted Focus Group sessions which will concentrate on key themes and topics that emerge from the Public Launch and Community Communications Survey. The Focus Groups will gather input on what participants need and how best to implement the strategy around each particular topic.
