Thank you to the over 400 of you who have taken the Stakeholder Survey #1 – we want to hear from more of you! The new deadline for the survey is December 31, 2023.
This survey is building a foundation for the Vision & Strategic Action Plan Project. Look through the results to see what your fellow City of Essex Junction stakeholders had to say – then add your voice if you haven’t already!
Approximately 40 committed residents and stakeholders attended the two-part City of Essex Junction Think-Tank Workshop on Thursday, November 2 and Saturday, November 4, 2023. They contributed to the formulation of plausible futures for the City of Essex Junction, looking out to 2035. The Think-Tank was a key initial step in the process which will result in the Vision and Strategic Action Plan.
Host Regina Mahony, City Manager, is joined by Ashley Snellenberger, Communications & Strategic Initiatives Director, to discuss the upcoming vision and strategic action plan. Watch this video for an overview of this process!
The Vision will include transparent, deep and robust community engagement. This will lead into the Strategic Action Plan, which will help the City direct its efforts and resources towards defined priorities over the next five years.
