Think-Tank

Approximately 60 people attended the two evening Think-Tank workshop, held on September 21 and 22,  2022. The Think-Tank process helped to define a broad vision, values, goals and direction for Romulus. It was conducted as two highly participatory 3-hour workshops that used scenario-planning to produce plausible futures for Romulus looking out to 2030.

The scenario-based Think-Tank was a tool to gain better understanding of community priorities and goals that contribute to the creation of effective strategies and actions for program and resource allocation. A range of plausible future scenarios were developed that will act as a testing ground to assess resilience and consequences.

The workshop was a fun but important way to bring the community together to work together on the future of Romulus. The next step in the process was a series of Focus Groups on November  9 and 10.
