The first main step in the Vision Romulus – Our Community, Our Future project was the Community Survey, which ran August through October.
The second step was the Future Think-Tank which was held 21 and 22 September 2022.
Five in-person Focus Groups were held November 9 – 10. Each focus group concentrated on a particular topic which is critical to the future of Romulus. These 90-minute facilitated sessions aimed to build a deeper understanding of each topic and the implications for the future of Romulus, looking out to 2030. A key part of the visioning process, the Focus Groups were critical to the forming of the Strategic Pillars and actions which will be included within the final Vision Romulus report.
