Respondents were asked an open-ended question “What changes occurring in Greenwood most interest or excite you?”
A notable number of respondents are energized by the prospects of investments in City growth and stressed the importance of preserving Greenwood’s small-town character at the same time. Many respondents noted excitement over new parks, improved green spaces, and other public facility upgrades. Several respondents were enthusiastic about road repairs and thoughtful traffic planning around new development including the new elementary school and related education facility improvements.
