The Working Groups will be drawn from the technical expertise of conservation organizations and other partners from around the state and have a key role in drafting actions for achieving the objectives and pathways, and providing additional content and context under each pathway. They will provide input to the PMT and help create an implementation matrix that covers priority actions to achieve the goals of the Vermont Conservation Plan.
