The primary responsibility was to administer and coordinate work among VHCB, ANR, and the consultants as directed by the legislature. The PMT was supported by Future iQ (www.future-iq.com) as a lead consultant, along with other contractors. Future iQ continues to help design and facilitate the stakeholder input and communications aspects, in conjunction with the VHCB project team. The PMT has discontinued meetings since late August, 2025.
