Think-Tank Scenario Matrix

The scenario matrix allows participants to explore and speculate about future trajectories using the endpoint descriptions on the axes. Based on research and key input by community members from the Listening Sessions, Community Survey, and the Think-Tank, themes were identified to become the basis for the two axes of the scenario matrix. The two major future-splitting themes for University City’s scenario matrix are defined as ‘Evolution of community fabric’ and ‘Economic trajectory’.
