Topic #1 – Key Future Drivers Shaping City

As part of University City’s Community Vision 2040 project, we are aiming to identify a series of key drivers that are likely to shape the future direction and evolution of the city. (Note: Drivers are defined as major events, trends, developments, catalysts or forces that actively influence or cause change). What do you think are some of the key drivers that will shape the community and city?

We would love to hear your thoughts!

Agree with Kevin, city/county merger, as well as attracting businesses who are sensitive to maintaining our unique strong small business environment. University City is a special place because of this small
business environment and our beautiful park like setting.. please be sure to keep both
