Round Table Session

Thank you to all who joined us on January 21! This highly interactive session began to create the key strategic focus areas for the Traverse City Strategic Action Plan. Open to residents and community stakeholders, this session was an important step in the planning work. It included an update on the outcomes from the Think-Tank in October 2024 as well as the Community Visioning sessions in November 2024. We also reviewed preliminary results from the Community Survey running until February 14.

The purpose of the session was to identify 5-6 key strategic focus areas that will support the preferred future for the City. The session included initial brainstorming of ideas and possible action steps. In-depth focus group workshops, which will dig more into detail on the focus areas, will be held February 18-20, 2025.
