The City of Traverse City has contracted the consultancy firm of Future iQ to facilitate the development of the Traverse City Strategic Action Plan.

Key to success of the Traverse City Strategic Action Plan project will be community and stakeholder involvement throughout the process. Below is a schematic of what will take place during the 9 month project.
