The strategic planning process thus far has involved extensive community and stakeholder outreach including a survey, Think-Tank workshop, Community Visioning Sessions, and a Strategic Round Table.
To explore the key themes that have arisen through the process so far, six Focus Group sessions will be held between February 18 and 20. These 2-hour facilitated Focus Groups will cover topics identified as critical to the future of Traverse City. A key part of the strategic planning process, the Focus Groups will explore a series of crucial questions and help to synthesize community and stakeholder input from the engagement so far.
Can’t make one of the Focus Groups? We are also hosting Community Update sessions in the evening on February 19 and 20. Learn more here!
