The City of Sugar Land has contracted the consultancy firm of Future iQ to facilitate the development of the City of Sugar Land Strategic Action Plan.

Key to success of the City of Sugar Land Strategic Action Plan project will be stakeholder involvement throughout the process. The schematic provides details on what will take place during the 5-month project.

Stakeholder engagement is key and includes:

Key Stakeholder Interviews and Listening Sessions
Benchmarking the City of Sugar Land against similar Cities and the ensuing Benchmark Report
The City of Sugar Land Future Think-Tank Workshop and Report
Stakeholder Survey
Focus Groups with specified stakeholder groups to build out the Strategic Pillars
