Project Objectives

The project’s objective is to create a comprehensive and sustainable Strategic Action Plan for the City of Sugar Land.

The focus will be on extensive research and engagement that focuses on the City of Sugar Land. The Strategic Planning process includes a range of stakeholder engagement processes including:

  • alignment with the City’s vision and advancement of the City’s strategic outcomes;

  • identification of future priority initiatives for the City organization that foster sustainable growth and progression for the community;

  • designing of a dynamic and adaptable strategic plan that includes organizational and community buy-in;

  • and shift from a top-down approach to fostering stakeholder involvement for implementation of the Strategic Plan for 2025 – 2027.
