Key things to note:

  • The actions under this Infrastructure Trajectory theme Action were all seen as important, with responses saying ‘Important’ being similar too, or outweighing, those saying ‘Not Important’.
  • The question about ‘Innovative models to help create housing options for all age’s also saw support. This is a different outcome that what has been expressed verbally at some of the open community meetings, suggesting there is more support than was apparent at these public sessions. This remains the case, even if you exclude data from people who live outside the city.
  • People who live outside the city appear to strongly support the action areas under this theme, perhaps reflecting their desire to see the city improve and build its competitive appeal and suitability for younger residents. Cohorts of stakeholders, including young people and people who identify as Asian / Pacific Islander, also appear to see these action areas as more important for the future.
