The concept of Sugar Land being a ‘Trailblazing City’ has been established and supported by Council and city management. This approach aims to bring new levels of innovation, excellence and service to the city operations.

Overall, the data shows strong support for the concept of Sugar Land being a ‘Trailblazing’ City. The large majority of responses show support, however in the open ended responses, some people indicated that they were not fully clear on what that meant.
About 20% of responses thought the approach was not important, and in their open ended responses felt it was unnecessary or feared it would lead to more cost.
