One of the foundational steps in the City of Pflugerville Strategic Action Plan process was the two-part Think-Tank Workshop which took place on March 6 and 7.

Almost 30 Participants explored emerging macro trends, defined key drivers shaping the City’s future, and crafted a series of plausible future scenarios. This was an engaging and interactive scenario-planning workshop which took place over two sessions.
