Project Objectives

The project’s objective is to create a comprehensive and sustainable 5-year Strategic Action Plan for Pflugerville, Texas running from January through June 2025.

The focus will be on extensive research and community engagement in Pflugerville. This research and engagement will identify the needs and wants of the community, as well as ways to raise awareness and provide clarification  on the potential future of Pflugerville, looking out to 2030.

  • Kick-Off Strategic Action Plan development at City Council Retreat

  • Key Stakeholder Interviews and Listening Sessions with Department Leaders

  • Stakeholder Survey

  • Situational Analysis Report

  • Pflugerville Future Think-Tank Workshop and Report

  • Roundtable Work Session with City Leadership

  • Focus Groups to build out the Strategic Pillars and Action Areas

  • City Council Prioritization Questionnaire

  • Production of the Draft Pflugerville Strategic Action Plan with Implementation Matrix

  • Presentation of the Draft plan at Future Summit

  • The final Pflugerville Strategic Action Plan will be presented in June 2025
