This chart shows which sections in the CDBG Implementation Guide are considered to be the top five (5) in terms of their usefulness.

Key things to note:

The chapters on Grantee Requirements, Financial Management, and Procurement were all considered the most important sections of the Implementation Guide.
These were followed by the chapters on Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements, Environmental Review, and Monitoring and Closeout.
