Think-Tank Scenario Matrix 2030

The scenario matrix allows participants to explore and speculate about future trajectories using the endpoint descriptions on the axes. Based on research and key input by community members, themes were identified to become the basis for the two axes of the scenario matrix. The two major future-splitting themes for the City of Moab’s scenario matrix are defined as ‘Community Fabric’ and ‘Development Trajectory’.
