The first main step in the Moab – Tomorrow Together project was the Community Survey which ran through March 2022. The results from this survey would inform the Think-Tank, held in early April 2022, which was the second step in the engagement process.
The third step of the engagement process was a series of 9 Community Vision Workshops, held in early June 2022, which examined the results from the project to date and the plausible futures which were developed at the Think-Tank. These workshops built a deeper understanding of the potential future of Moab and included the Vision Survey, to gather wider community input into the preferred and expected futures from the scenarios developed from the Think-Tank.
The fourth step in the engagement process will be a series of expert Focus Groups in early August 2022, covering a range of topics that are instrumental to the future of Moab. This will be followed by the Moab – Tomorrow Together Future Summit which will be a celebratory event, bringing together all of the results from the project. The Future Summit will be held in early September 2022.
