The Lower Savannah Council Of Governments has contracted the consultancy firm of Future iQ to facilitate the development of the LSCOG Strategic Action Plan. The outcome of this process, running June 2024 through January 2025, will be to produce a robust, comprehensive and sustainable Strategic Action Plan in January 2025. Key to success of the LSCOG Strategic Action Plan project will be stakeholder involvement throughout the process. Below is a schematic of what will take place during the 7 month project.
