The Lake Geneva Strategic Plan Think-Tank Report summarizes the results of the two-session Think-Tank Workshop that took place on January 8 and 10. Participants developed four plausible scenarios for the community and arrived at consensus on a Preferred Future for Lake Geneva!
The Lake Geneva Existing Conditions Report provides insights into Lake Geneva’s population, housing, and economy. The report also includes benchmarking to other like communities and is intended to be used as a reference throughout the strategic planning process.
The City of Lake Geneva is embarking on a visioning and planning process that will produce the City’s first ever Strategic Action Plan, looking out to 2030. This project will run from October 2025 through April 2026, and will rely heavily on community and stakeholder input. Engagement opportunities will include stakeholder interviews, two Community Surveys, a two-session in-person Think-Tank Workshop, and Focus Groups with stakeholders and students. The outcome of the participatory process will produce a robust, comprehensive, and sustainable Strategic Action Plan that will guide decision-making over the next 5 years.
