The City of Lake Geneva is embarking on a visioning and planning process that will produce the City’s first ever Strategic Action Plan, looking out to 2030. This project will run from October 2025 through February 2026, and will rely heavily on community and stakeholder input. Engagement opportunities will include stakeholder interviews, two Community Surveys, a two-session in-person Think-Tank Workshop, and Focus Groups with stakeholders and students. The outcome of the participatory process will produce a robust, comprehensive, and sustainable Strategic Action Plan that will guide decision-making over the next 5 years.
