SCALE: 1 = Not Urgent Right Now; 10 = Critically Urgent Right Now

Key things to note:

Over 85% of responses scored this as 8,9,10 on the scale. This suggests a perception of an urgent need to move forward on the vision and strategic action plan.
This strong sense of urgency should provide encouragement to industry leadership to embrace bold strategies and action.
