Future Perceptions Survey

The purpose of this project is to create a five-year strategic vision and plan for the future of the chiropractic profession. The Future Perceptions Survey ran from early November through December 5, 2020. The survey is now closed, and the results will be posted on this portal using data visualization once compiled.
