The Stakeholder Analysis and Network Mapping Report is published!

This report presents the findings from the Stakeholder Analysis and Network Mapping conducted by Future iQ through August and September 2022. The Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) contracted Future iQ to conduct the Stakeholder Analysis and Network mapping. Through this process, they   identified candidates to contribute to and lead the Florida Adventure Travel Network.

The Florida Adventure Travel Network Survey ran throughout August 2022. Via stakeholder analysis and network mapping, the survey identified candidates to contribute to and lead the Florida Adventure Travel Network.

VISIT FLORIDA is embarking on a journey to become recognized as a leading Adventure Travel destination through the development of a Florida Adventure Travel Network. The main goal of the Florida Adventure Travel Network is to develop a clear path for success to help increase Florida's positioning and recognition in the global Active and Adventure travel sector.

VISIT FLORIDA is launching this initiative at the Governor’s Conference on Tourism on August 31, 2022. As part of this process, ATTA and Future iQ have stakeholder analysis and network mapping through August 2022 to identify candidates to contribute to and lead the Florida Adventure Travel Network. The outcome of the network mapping process will provide VISIT FLORIDA and stakeholders with interactive maps that reveal information flows and patterns of collaboration.
