Key things to note:

There is a wide spread of responses but it is apparent that the majority of survey respondents are satisfied to very satisfied with living/working in the Flint Hills region.
Survey respondents aged between 50 and 59 years are the cohort who feel that they can thrive and grow the most in the Flint Hills region.
Survey respondents who have lived in the Flint Hills region for 41 or more years are another cohort who feel strongly that they can thrive and grow in the Flint Hills region.
