The majority of respondents resided in Jones County, followed by Linn County and Johnson County.
There was strong representation from respondents who lived in Washington County, Benton County, Cedar County and Iowa County.
Those who opted for Other, resided in Delaware, Dubuque, Buchanan, Clayton and Keokuk.
