Strategic Pillar Task Forces

Now that the Strategic Action Plan has been published, COSCDA members are invited to take part in the initial implementation of the new Strategic Action Plan by joining Strategic Pillar Task Forces.

The Task Forces will meet virtually three times – once in December, January, and February – to build out the action areas under each Strategic Pillar of the Plan.

The five Strategic Pillar Task Forces are:

  • Membership Base and Potential
  • Partnerships with Other Agencies and Organizations
  • Advocacy and Programs
  • Organizational and Staff Capacity
  • National Positioning
