The Cornell College 2023 strategic planning process will explore the long-range direction of the College, looking out 10+ years into the future.
This report lays out the findings from the future-orientated scenario planning work for Cornell College, in April 2023. This work has identified a preferred future, and highlighted some of the future challenges and opportunities in front of the College. This report has been produced as part of the Cornell College Strategic Roadmap project which aims to guide the strategic direction of the college into 2035.
The Cornell College Strategic Planning survey ran Mach through April 2023. The data visualisation portal allows you to explore the data set, learning what your fellow stakeholders think about the future of Cornell College.
The Think-Tank Workshop, hosted on April 13, 2023, allowed Cornell College stakeholders to discuss potential future scenarios for the college.
