Overview – About the Project

Overview

The City of McKinney is undertaking the development of a vision and solid waste management strategy that will identify and develop sustainable recommendations for its solid waste and resource recovery activities over the next 20 years. The process will evaluate the City’s current policies, programs, and services, and identify potential strategies and goals to meet the most critical needs identified by the City.

The City of McKinney has contracted Future iQ and the consultancy firm of Burns & McDonnell to collaborate on this project to facilitate the development of the Solid Waste Management Strategy for the City.
