The Denton Future Summit took place on Thursday, May 27, and concluded the visioning phase of Denton’s comprehensive solid waste management strategy planning process. Future Summit participants explored the cumulative results of the community survey, Think-Tank modules, rapid polling, and expected and preferred futures for solid waste management in Denton. Next steps for the project were outlined and participants were encouraged to read the Think-Tank Report to prepare for the upcoming strategy development phase of the project.
